Kelly Cheung

Kelly is a Specialist Speech and Language Therapist with extensive experience supporting children, young people, and adults with a wide range of communication needs, including adults with developmental communication difficulties.

She holds an MSc in Speech and Language Sciences from University College London and is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists (RCSLT).

Kelly’s areas of specialism include speech sound development, Childhood Apraxia of Speech (CAS), Developmental Language Disorder (DLD), early years communication, social communication, stammering, and supporting children with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

Her therapy approach is creative, fun, and engaging, with a strong focus on building meaningful relationships and making therapy practical and relevant to daily life. She works closely with families, educators, and professionals to support consistent progress.

Having grown up in London, Kelly brings both personal and professional insight into the diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds of the families she supports. Kelly also provides therapy in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin Chinese, and is passionate about supporting multilingual learners.

She is excited to join Kid-Kind Collective and contribute to a team that values connection, inclusion, and child-centred care.
