Nicole Graham
Nicole is a Paediatric Occupational Therapist with over 12 years of experience across NHS and private practice settings. She earned her BSc (Hons) in Occupational Therapy from the University of the Witwatersrand and a Master’s degree in Early Childhood Intervention from the University of Pretoria. She is fully Sensory Integration trained and has received certification in postgraduate training, including Advanced Prechtl General Movement, the Bayley developmental assessment, Newborn Behavioural Observation (NBO), and is a Certified Infant Massage Instructor (CIMI).
Before relocating from South Africa to London, she worked across diverse paediatric clinical and research settings. She has supported hundreds of families from birth until 18 years of age, specialising in early neurodevelopment, developmental delays, sensory integration, dyspraxia, ADHD and complex neuromotor needs.
She currently works part-time as a Highly Specialist Occupational Therapist within a Level 3 Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) in central London, leading developmental care initiatives and providing advanced neurodevelopmental assessment and early intervention for infants and their families.
She founded Bloom Baby and Child Therapy in 2024, inspired by her own journey into motherhood and a deep commitment to improving access to specialist early support. At the heart of Bloom is the belief that growth comes through connection. Connection with loved ones, each other and the larger community. She is excited to be a part of the Kind Kind community and growing together!
